Nikki has spent more than a decade in the fitness industry as a certified personal trainer and studio owner. Her experience
also includes training in Muay Thai Kickboxing and the completion of ten triathlons, including one Olympic distance race. 

In 2005 she was one of the actor’s in The Healthy Bride’s Bootcamp Workout DVD . Nikki and the studio have placed in the top 20 of King 5’s Best of Western Washington Contest (Personal Trainer category) five times, most recently in 2016. 

Nikki has firsthand experience with food and body issues. She spent many years drinking, smoking and sitting on the couch, diagnosed with both Binge Eating Disorder and Food Addiction. She is passionate about sharing what she learned during her own  journey to help others find freedom and comfort in their bodies.

Erin became interested in personal training after experiencing the negative
health and quality of life consequences of a sedentary, stressful lifestyle. As
she began using meditation, nutrition and exercise to heal her body, she
became passionate about helping others to do the same. She soon became
certified as a personal trainer, left her desk job and hasn’t looked back.

Her workouts incorporate elements of mind-body exercise, such as Barre, Pilates and yoga, along with more traditional forms of resistance training. With stretching, balance and stability workouts, she will help you build strength while enhancing flexibility.

Sarah has always had a passion for health and exercise, and is committed to using that passion to help her clients reach their goals.

A lifelong athlete, having a baby in 2013 gave her a whole new perspective on fitness. She struggled with body image issues and managing the stress that goes along with being a new mom. So she understands the challenges her clients face, trying to balance the demands of work and family while making their own health a priority.
 
Sarah focuses on designing fun workouts, tailored to each client’s individual needs. She loves to incorporate boxing and interval training into her workouts, and she believes in aligning the mind, body and spirit through exercise. Making exercise more like a game than like work is Sarah's trademark.
