Our Favorite Things


Hi all! How was your February? As we speed toward the end of this month, I've got more of our favorite things for you. As always, none of the people or companies here have paid us for endorsing them. Here's what we're loving this month.

Anyone else having trouble falling asleep? I've been trying this 4-7-8 technique. Good results so far.

I love a good blender muffin recipe and this Strawberry-Banana one is my new pre-workout snack. Whole-grain. Dairy free. Delicious. Everything into the blender and whirl. I make them in mini-muffin form. One tip though: use the most flavorful berries you can find. I tried them with the California-grown strawberries at Trader Joe's, and you couldn't taste the strawberries at all. So, if you have some local frozen ones use them instead. Oh, and I use peanut butter instead of coconut oil.
